Pro-Series Version 1.0 Package Includes:

  1. ★Valve Job

  2. ★Porting of the Cylinder Head



Pro-Series Version 1.0 Services Include:

  1. ★Cylinder Head Soda-Blasted and Cleaned

  2. ★Cutting of the Valve Seats

  3. ★CNC Machined Valve Seat Profiling

  4. ★Cylinder Head is Ported for Enhanced Engine Performance

  5. ★Compression Set to the Camshaft

  6. ★Assembled to Manufacturer’s Specs

  7. (Either the new or used valves are needed to set valve protrusion)


NOTE: We can also set the valves, but it is an extra $25 (We must have valve springs and retainers).

Machine shop service steps:

  1. 1. 44mm Intake Adaptors are Welded On

  2. 2. Combustion Chamber is Machined to Accept the 88mm Pistons

  3. 3. 8 Oversized Valve Seats are Installed

  4. 4. Cylinder Head is Run on the Flow-Bench for Better Port Flow

  5. 5. CNC Valve Seat Profiling

  6. 6. Compression is Set to the Camshafts
