Equipment Descriptions:

  1. ★NEWEN CNC Machine - newest, most state-of-the-art machinery used to cut valve seats. With purchase you get two day training on the machine. We will assist you on the correct tooling for cylinder heads. Cost of machine - $80,000


  3. ★Cylinder Head Tooling - We can assist you on getting the correct tooling including reamers, guide installation tools, hones, and valve seat drivers. Also includes an oven and CO₂ tank for cooling parts. Estimated cost - $5,000


  5. ★Milling Machine - needed for decking heads and other machining operations. Estimated cost - $6,000 (well-tooled)



Cylinder Repair Options:

  1. ★Sunnen Diamond Hones - all the hones needed to hone or bore a cylinder. Cost - $800


  3. ★Porting Tools - everything needed to perform necessary port work on a head or cylinder. Estimated cost - $2,000


  5. ★Flow-Bench - used to check air-flow and velocity on a cylinder head. Cost - $2,500 - $10,000
